Accessing the G-Suite (Google Apps for Education)
*REMEMBER! Your personal Google account (@gmail.com) is NOT connected to your APS Google account (@apsk12.org). If you are using a @gmail.com account, you will NOT have access to Google Apps for Education and its features (ie. UNLIMITED STORAGE!!). Review the Top 10 Reasons to use Google on the main page of my site.

TEACHERS: From your student roster in IC, click the name of a student. Then click the To Student Information link (in blue). On the next screen, look for the student ID#. The student's network ID and password (5-digit lunch number) are located at the bottom of the page. Refer to the screenshots below.
STUDENTS: Note the following regarding your login (based on the sample APS credentials above).

Infinite Campus
The SIS Department provides support for all Infinite Campus Gradebook issues. The APS Infinite Campus Teacher Manual has been added here for your review. Save it to your APS-issued device so that you will be able to access it easily when needed. There are quicksheets about taking attendance, posting grades and other helpful information on the SIS site. If you haven't already, VISIT THE SIS WEBSITE THEN CLICK ON THE INFINITE CAMPUS TAB. YOU CAN ALSO COMPLETE THE INFINITE COURSE IN MYPLC AND VIEW THE VIDEOS BELOW.

MS Office: Desktop vs OnlineDid you know there are two versions of the Office Suite? The desktop version is what is installed on your PC. The online version is accessed via the web. Some features that are available in the desktop (offline) version are not available in the online version.

Do You Call the ETS or the Field Tech?
Contact your ETS when you need assistance with SOFTWARE (all instructional apps and programs like ActiveInspire, GSuite for Education, using Chromebooks and LED Interactive Panels. YOU MUST COMPLETE A REQUEST FORM TO SCHEDULE TIME WITH YOUR ETS. Your ETS GENERALLY works on-site one day per week. To request extended collaboration time, click the appointment card here. You will be directed to the Daily Schedule page of this site.
Contact your Field Tech when you need assistance with HARDWARE (printers, computers, internet connectivity). Your Field Tech works on-site daily. YOU MUST CALL (x1000) OR PLACE A TICKET IN NIMBUS TO REPORT YOUR HARDWARE ISSUE AND YOUR FIELD TECH WILL REPORT TO YOUR CLASSROOM TO FIX THE PROBLEM. Click the field tech, operator, or cloud to place a ticket via Nimbus.
